Frequently asked questions

What counts as a practitioner?

Any healthcare professional who appears on the roster and is marked as schedulable. Inactive or excluded staff don't count toward your plan limit. Admin users and viewers are free on all plans.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new rate applies immediately with a pro-rated credit for the remainder of your current billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.

Is there a contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount but you can cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund for unused months.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access to all features on the Business plan for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your organisation or your data remains available in read-only mode.

What is the onboarding fee?

All plans include a once-off onboarding fee that covers initial setup, data migration, scheduling rule configuration and training. Enterprise onboarding is included in the custom pricing.

What support is included?

Starter plans include email support with a 48-hour response time. Professional and Business plans include priority email with a 12-hour response time. Enterprise plans include a dedicated success manager and phone support.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication supports SSO. Each organisation's data is fully isolated. We apply industry-standard security headers on all responses.
